C# muncul error pada saat menjalankan aplikasi

mohon bantuannya untuk master - master disini saya sedang develop aplikasi dengan menggunakan bahasa C#, pada saat selesai diinstal pada komputer user. Ketika di jalankan muncul pesan error :
